Sorry I have not posted for a while. I have been so busy lately that the simple task of posting a photo just did not get to the top of the “to do” list. But today my thoughts went back to China for some reason and I decided to at least post some more of this summer’s shots as a way of getting back into the routine of posting. I like this shot because of the green colours. This was taken in a market where I take my daily walk in Shenzhen. It also means something to me because in 1842 my great, great, great grandfather moved from Canterbury where he was a laborer to London where he tried to make a go of things as a greengrocer. This never really worked out for him, but the family stayed in London, and whenever I see a market stall like this it makes me think of home.
